    Steven the owner of S and S Property Maintenance and his crew did a good job of felling a maple tree in my backyard that I was concerned about. Which they did while it was raining which was pretty impressive. Just as impressive as taking my rake, using said rake, not returning the rake, having it on camera, and two weeks out trying to get said rake back or just financial compensation for it with no results to show.

    Actions tend to speak louder than words or text messages from Matthew in this case. They also left some pretty deep ruts in my yard from the skid steer loader they were using and communication between Grabill and his crew is lacking. They started cutting up the main trunk when it was not needed as I was going to cut and haul the wood away for my Grandparents since they use it for firewood for the winter and made splitting that wood a bigger hassle.

    I have no issues with contractors using the tools I leave out, but not returning it is very un-professional and two weeks out of not returning it or financially compensating me for it tells me they have no respect for your property or items on your property. So I guess make sure you have everything put up and double, triple-check your property before you pay them. Maybe then you will have a chance of getting it back.

    SS Property Maintenance tree removal and trimming did a fantastic job, was here when they said they would be, A group of hard working guys and did a great job on clean up. this was around our drive and inground pool area, so very neat job. no one was standing around. Very polite and safety minded.

    We would recommend this company. They removed two huge trees for us. Very professional, timely and did everything we asked for. Job started and ended when they said. We would definitely use them again.

    Highly recommend. Steve is very professional, on time, hard worker, very personable. Gets the job done in an expert timely manner. The crew came in and cleaned up every thing from this huge tree . We were amazed how quickly and professional the team worked. Steve will be our go to guy from now on, don’t hesitate to give him a call! Very pleased. Ty Steve.
