    We hired K & R Tree specialist on January 24, 2024 to take down a large tree in our back yard. The tree did come down. However, they have left the whole tree laying and shattered in the back yard. They told us they would be back on a several occasions, showed up once or twice, smoked a few cigarette's and left. They did not even try to speak to us. Now they are not answering calls or texts. We paid in full and in cash, as they requested, the first day, trusting they would finish the job. Our receipt states the work to be done as: Take down dead tree, cut into 4-foot sections, everything stays. Pile small wood, leave big wood in 4-foot piles.
    There was also a smaller tree in the way of taking down the larger one. We were told that they would need to cut it down as well at an additional cost of $50, we agreed and paid. This tree did not get cut down. It is damaged and still stands.
    They have left us with a huge mess in our back yard that we are going to have to hire someone else to come clean up. The large dead tree is too large for us to remove ourselves.

    K and R came to cut a tree down. In the process of cutting that tree down one of the employees decided that he was going to pour a cup of gasoline in a flower bed, not near the tree that was intended on cutting down. This was right next to my house and could’ve caught my house on fire. They also stated that they were going to grind the stump two weeks later they are not returning phone or calls text. They did not finish the job they cut somebody else’s tree down five houses down the road. And dropped tree branches on a neighbors fence and trampoline and ruined that.
