    On Dec 12 Hanks trimmed a tree on my neighbor’s property causing damage on my property. Hank did not notify my neighbor or myself of the damage at that time and my neighbor paid him in full. Next day I found a small pine tree damaged and a cable line down. I have texted Hank numerous times (12-13, 12-19, 1-4, 1-11, 2-17, 1-19, 2-6, 2-7, 2-10, 2-14, 2-28) to find out when these problems will be fixed. On 1-9 he said he would fix them for sure that week. As of 2-28 nothing has been done. I have not gotten any response from my last 4 texts. The cable line is on my garage and I am afraid with these strong winds we have been having that it is going to slide off the garage and block me from either getting my car in or out of the garage. The small pine tree will need to be replaced, it is dying, but I understand that cannot be done until the weather turns warmer, I do hope it does get done when the weather breaks. Hope you will be able to assist with getting these issues resolved. It is very frustrating that nothing has happened with the cable line which was damaged 2 1/2 months ago.
