    I have hired this company to cut a tree in my house while they were cutting it a brunch did fall on my outside post light and broke the dusk and down light . I have talked to the employee right away about it and he said that they will take care of it then he picked the broken glass and what was left from the light since i told him that i have a dog and i don't want him to walk on Glass. I have called the owner right a way ******* * ***** who said that they will fix it after they are done . The job was done and nothing fixed . The owner then came to pick up the payment and i asked for the light to be fixed he said no worries we will fixed on Monday . In a good faith i paid the amount we agreed on without withholding any money as a security until my light is fixed . kept calling every week and he tell me that will do it the week after , then call again but this time he tells me that he wants to ask the employee if he did break the light and that he needs to see the broken part which was new to his conversation. I told him to check with his guy and ask him since he does not believe me . I kept calling and I am told that he have not talked to his guy and now he does not answer my calls . This issue has been dragged since 11/23 until now . The coast of the light is only $60 and i asked him to find and install it . I have also a camera footage where i am talking to his employee about the issue and he was picking up the broken light that day of the incident. I could go in social media and make this a big deal especially in our neighborhood because we have an HOA and he will be loosing a lot of business plus reputation but i am using you as a fist attempt then legal action will come.

    I really do apologize for the late response I reached out to the customer to get things straightened out and I’m just waiting on a response from him.

    Hi I have received a text message from the owner on 1/4/2024 asking me to accept his apologies for the delay and that he will stop by the Monday  after the 1/4/24 to fix the light so I can remove my complaint. I waited that Monday and he did not show up nor sent a text advising of another time . See blow please a copy of his text. Also attached a screenshot of the text .

     

    Good evening sir I haven’t forgotten about you as I have been very busy and with all of the holidays but I will be out Monday morning to replace the light but In return I ask for the bad reviews to be removed I understand your frustration but I will make it right as promised before my apologies for the inconvenience????
