    Racist, and profilers. Nit sure if they are actually cintracted with the city if Springfield but they are listed right on the the city website. It says if you are a resident and the brush is from your residence it is free of charge. They are extremely rude and unwelcoming. I called ahead of time and ask questions and they confirmed what the city website says but get there and they do charge. You are judged not by showing an id and pictures that it is your residence but by what type of vehicle you drive (if it looks like you might cut trees). You are judged by your race, skin color, age and charged accordingly. Its fine if they want to charge $10+ per load, but do that and dont falsely advertise otherwise and make people uncomfortable like they are trying to dump illegally or begging. They are caught up in in the tree service wars of this area and take it out on residents who only need to dispose of their brush. Waiting on a call back from the city to see if they are contracted with them or why they are falsely advertising also. Why do you force somebody to leave even a 1 star rating for such rude and racist people.

    Highly recommend. They did a great job removing an Ash tree in our back yard and grinding down the stump. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the area. Will definitely use them again. Thank You C & S.
