    I paid them up front and the check was made out to the owner ******* ****** and not the business. They did some of the work but did not finish. I was quoted and charged to top of one of my trees, the workers decided to take the whole tree down. The tree then fell onto my chain linked fence, causing damage. I was told that I would be contacted to set up when they would be back to remove the tree from fence and to finish up when the ground was not soft due to the rain. This happened on Feb 9 2023, I have left several messages asking when they would return and finish the job. On April 13, 2023, my daughter called and spoke with the owner who said he was unaware of what happened and he would be out the following Monday to see what the damage was done and to fix it. He showed up on Monday and wanted more money to finish the job. He was paid in cash, then said he would be back the following day to finish the job. We have attempted to call him, text him and the one time my daughter was able to get through (using her husbands phone) he said he was trying to get ahold of his guys. It is now April 23, 2023 and he has yet to answer and come finish the job. We have requested his insurance info to file a claim and have heard nothing. We need the tree removed and cut up so we can fix the fence that they damaged.
