    I called him this past month because my poor dryer sounds like it’s a family to an airplane getting ready to takeoff. The technician was late it was supposed to be at nine or 10 and he didn’t show up till later and when he got here He only told me to not use the sensor. Could use a time dry the noise which is intermittent. It is 10 times worse now it’s on all cycles. I can’t even though I keep having to repeatedly dry my clothes. No diagnosing was done and he told me he did something to the floor. I called him, jumping up and down. He said the floor was uneven and causing the washer to go out of balance and it was the floor. It was the actual washer he was very unprofessional and they want to $99 for that , I called them the woman was not super professional either said oh you have to pay the $99 or him coming out and gas. I would be more than happy to. If he had done some work to show that he had been here, I want to bill written off because the dryer is worse and still not fixed. This is very unprofessional business.

    Scheduled them out for a warranty repair on my washing machine for an error code I had. Tech came within 2 weeks of being scheduled. Tech arrived and quickly diagnosed the issues and said that the lid lock needed replaced. He was able to modify the broken latch to allow the washing machine to operate. He informed me that parts normally take 5-7 business days to arrive. After 2 weeks of not hearing from Carmichaels I called and they said it was on Backorder. I waited another week and received the same response when I called. 4 weeks later it so happened that my new Dryer was not heating so I called to schedule warranty service and asked again about the part. I was told they had no record of the part being ordered at all???? The service lady said she would place the order. 2 weeks later the Dryer repair person was scheduled to diagnose the no heat issue. At about 10am the office called and requested to cancel the service call because they could just order the parts without coming out?? IF this is true, why would you wait 2 weeks to do so when this is the reason I called for service. I requested the tech come out to confirm my issues which he did and said parts would take 5-7 days. The next day the owner of Carmichaels called as I requested to speak with him about my experience with his company. He proceed to blame me for the delays and wasn't willing to address any of the shortcomings of his business or the unnecessary delays they had caused. His attitude quickly changed and said there is nothing he can do about it and after today I can call another company for warranty service which I agreed. I also pointed out that his attitude is clearly the reason they have a 2 star review as he is the biggest problem.
