    Hired Chris and Logan from Gutter Squad in September 2022 to install gutters for my home. Chris and Logan verbally included a 10 year warranty to address defects or issues, and never documented on the final bill of materials and services. In August 2025 I contacted Gutter Squad to report the issue where a section of the gutter fell apart and Gutter Squad refused to fix at no cost. There were previous conversations between myself and Logan, and Logan stated he would stop by to address the issue when he is in the area. This never happened and recently Logan confirmed there would be a cost to fix the issue as this is not covered from the undocumented warranty. I do not recommend this vendor for gutter services as the undocumented warranty is a scam.
