    Hello. I am writing to inquire about legal action for a contractor in Springfield, OH. I had Dynamic Construction Team apply epoxy floor marking for basketball and pickleball. It was supposed to be permanent, but it is peeling off with just my fingernails. I spent 5600 dollars on it. paid in full on 11/29/23 He is not willing to give me my money back and I am now stuck with a space I cant rent and cant afford to fix. What should my course of action be

    Hello,
     When I received a notification from *** ****** that there was an issue with the epoxy I immediately responded and let him know we would take care of the issue and correct the issue. I received pictures from him and sent them to the supplier of the material who forwarded them to the distributor. I was notified from them that there was in fact a recall on the hardener and that the issue was caused by the bad product. I immediately informed the complainant and let him know the supplier has offered to replace the product for free or upgrade the product and send it for free, I also informed him that we would redo the entire job at no cost to him even though what happen was out of my control. The complainant refused to allow me to repair the job. I have offered to have the supplier replace the product and he can have another contractor install it to which i would give him a check for the labor portion minus the work that I completed that the new contractor will not have to do and again no response. The supplier will not refund the money only replace the product. The complainant has refused to work toward a resolution and has been difficult, despondent, insulting and has lied with his online reviews as you will see when you view the correspondents between us.  I have attached all the correspondence between us
