    I normally wouldn’t leave a review in this situation because it’s so embarrassing but it was handled so well and without judgment or making me feel like a complete loser, that I swallowed my pride.
    I went through an awful divorce. I ended up not being able to afford the mortgage on my own. I tried everything to keep it. My income alone didn’t qualify me for a loan modification. Every thing piled up. Ez homes were great. Mike especially. I was so embarrassed that my neighbors would know. They put a realtor sign in my yard so it looked like I was selling not getting foreclosed on.
    I was able to keep quite a bit of equity which helped me out like you wouldn’t believe. I was even able to stay in the house 2 weeks after closing so I wasn’t rushed packing and moving. I was downsizing considerably and they let me leave big pieces of furniture behind. I tried to sell some on fb marketplace but that was a nightmare. Seems like a small thing being able to leave things behind made it so much easier.
    I’ll always be grateful. And though I hope I never have the “pleasure” of working with them again- considering the circumstance- I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a tough spot like I did.
