On November 18, 2022, our family contracted with ***** ** ****** who then represented Outdoor Custom Creations at **** ***** ******* *********** **** *****, but since has told us he sold this company and is now ******** ***********. The only company by this name is a KY based company, and they do not know of him. His company, Outdoor Custom Creations, built two fences for us. One fence is a 3-board fence with welded wire (94 feet) with a single gate. The other fence is a six-foot privacy fence (97 feet) with a double drive through gate. *****'s estimate included labor and materials. Our complaint is the six-foot privacy fence is structurally incorrect and is separating and pulling apart. The privacy fence has separated from its support system and is now falling down. We have had to reinforce the gate with concrete blocks, so it does not open. We contacted ***** to come and look at the fence and do repairs to correct the faulty construction, and his response was, "I don't do that". He has been unresponsive. Sadly, ***** sent us stellar reviews before we decided to hire him. He scammed us! We are senior citizens with one of us an open heart surgery patient, and we are unable to afford the repair of this faulty fence construction. The fence built in November, 2022 began to pull apart in April, 2023. We would like repairs done to the fence to stabilize it. His workers used two board reinforcement and should have used three board reinforcement, and the gate has to be attached to the footing support system. We have written contracts with ***** which we placed $500 as down payment on 11/08/2022 and final payment of $5275 on November 18, 2022.
