    Beyond frustrated with **** ******** who is the owner of White Oak Images. 1 month after giving a 3k deposit I decided to cancel my booking with White Oak Images after finding concerning information online about the companys reputation and past customer experiences. Last minute cancellations, failure to provide the promised material or even be the photographer on site. The list goes on. Using the same excuses, even sensitive ones such a miscarriage. I did not want to risk this for my wedding day. Once I reached out to cancel and requested my money back, all communication from the business stopped. Ive sent multiple messages and emails with no reply.I am not the only person she has done this too. There are even worse stories of things this ***** has done. She is beyond deceitful. Its very unprofessional and disappointing to be treated this way, especially after paying in good faith. I was so excited to work with her in the beginning when she first approached me to be a photographer for my wedding. Three thousand dollars is a lot of money, my fianc has been working over time and is hardly home to see our son as he is working tirelessly to give me the wedding of my dreams and not force us into debt. I cant understand taking that money without having done ANY work. Im sharing this review to make others aware of my experience and to encourage the business to handle cancellations and refund requests with transparency and professionalism.
