Hi, I had a truck serviced at this dealership on April 4th 2022 and picked up on April 12th 2022. This dispute is over the lack of care I had after the job was finished. I understand that the mechanic did his best I am not arguing that my issues is afterwards. When I came home I had coolant on my engine block good size puddle and some broken plastic pieces which still trying to figure out where they came from. These pieces were just laying on my engine block which I am glad they didn't melt to anything and damage other parts. I was pretty much told they bent over backwards for me so deal with it and was told basically small things like that happens when finishing the job. They said they could have caught that if they personally took my personal vehicle home to their own house that's how they know if something is wrong. First of all not ok with that and I am paying you to fix my truck at a dealership not at somebody's personal home. If I didn't pickup my truck on the 12th they were going to drive it home with a stranger. I believe if I have to clean up after their work and find what they broke I should be compensated and the bill should be adjusted. I felt like they were hiding information during my conversation I had with a manager today seemed like what ever I said I didn't know anything and their business did everything right. EPA should be aware that this business let's fluid just run free I thought your suppose to contain car fluids in certain containers. I also mentioned my throttle body hoses were loose and came off in my hands and had to be put back on by me at home. I understand they did alot of work but the end result was rushed and sloppy. This business needs better customer relations and better management.
