            On August 27, 2021 this company took down a large tree in my next door neighbor's yard. There's no driveway between our houses so his lawn and mine are connected, and I'm on a corner lot. Some workers from Nature's Beauty let me know there was some wiring in the way of taking the tree down, and they needed to park their chipper on the side street and carry tree sections across my lawn to the chipper. Didn't think anything of it and even thought it was nice of them to let me know. I left to run an errand and when I came back, they were gone and had completely ruined my grass leaving holes, bare spots with no grass, dead grass where they laid boards down, and possibly drove equipment over the lawn, and sawdust everywhere. I called and was asked to send pictures which I did. I left a couple of voicemails describing how they ruined my lawn and asked for compensation to restore. After initial contact they never answered or returned my calls after leaving several messages.

            I really like the prompt service I received after a terrifying storm that left a tree on my house and no one returned my call for days as soon as I called Nature's Beauty Tree Service they were at my house that same day they removed the tree and clean up all the debris around my house I'm forever grateful for the great service I received thank you so much!!!
