    Hello my name is ******* , I ordered 3 tarps from Mytee Products for my husband’s trucking business. We’ve been in this industry over 15 years and have used many suppliers. One tarp was briefly opened to check the material — the other two are completely sealed and unused.
    Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong model by mistake, partly due to unclear descriptions on the website. I contacted customer service to request an exchange and was surprised by the cold and rigid refusal, citing a strict 90-day policy with no flexibility.
    This experience was deeply disappointing. We operate 6 trucks and are transitioning to flatbed — and we won’t be purchasing from Mytee again. You’ve lost not just a sale, but a long-term customer

    I’ve been in the trucking industry for over 15 years here in the United States, and I have plenty of experience working with different types of trailers and suppliers. Recently, I made my first purchase from Mytee Products, ordering three tarps for flatbed use. Before using them, I only opened the stitching on one tarp — just enough to check if the material was actually parachute fabric, as I had never purchased from Mytee before. I did not remove it from the bag, and the other two tarps remain completely sealed and untouched. Unfortunately, I realized I had ordered the wrong model — my mistake, yes — but partly due to unclear descriptions on their website. When I contacted the company to request an exchange, I was shocked by their cold, rigid, and outright refusal, even though the tarps are brand new and unused. Their justification? A 90-day return policy, applied without flexibility or understanding of the situation. customer service was deeply disappointing. I personally operate 6 trucks, and I’m now transitioning into flatbed. The company I currently haul for has over 500 trucks, many of which have already purchased tarps from Mytee. After this experience, I will make sure to discourage any future purchases from your company — both from my team and the people I do business with. You didn’t just lose a one-time sale of 3 tarps. You lost a long-term customer and potentially much more. I will buy the correct tarps elsewhere, but I won’t forget how poorly this situation was handled. My experience with Mytee Products has been unacceptable. I do not recommend this company — especially to other drivers or businesses that value responsive, fair customer service

    Use this company at your own discretion.I ordered 1 inch Buckles from them.They sent me 1.5 inch buckles and then indicated that 1.5 was their 1 inch
    They were willing to take them back but I had to pay the shipping,which was also a little unreasonable as I was given free shipping on the initial shipment because of the amount of the order. As I said use at your own discretion.I certainly will never do business with them again.

    If you want to purchase something from this company make sure you get what you are paying for, I ordered two tarps, they were two identical tarps, but that was not what I received. I received one of the tarps that I ordered and a smaller cheaper tarp that I did not order with the packages were similar. I did not open them until I needed them to find out that I didnt receive what I had ordered. I reached out to the company and got nothing but lies. Beware of scams. I personally will not ever purchase anything else that Mytee Products sells!

With that being said, I do want to let you know, we absolutely want to make sure you have the correct tarp, we were just requesting that we could get the incorrect one sent back to us as well. That is all. We were not trying to upset you, or cause you any further frustration. I assure you this. I will get with my team, and we will get you that tarp, please keep the one that was sent by mistake as well. Free of charge. Please let me know if you need anything else.

    First, I like their prices, and selection. I ordered a 3pc 6ft drop lumber tarp, bungees, moving Blankets, and a some tarp. The smoke tarp was not included. When I brought it to their attention, first they asked if I looked around for it. I said I did and it was not with the other items, they then asked for the labels that I had, I sent them, only to hear that fed ex denied my claim. So I'm out of $129.00, and a tarp and Mytee won't even admit they did not send it. I hope that it was worth it. Mytee products put blame on me, and then fed ex. So fed ex says they don't have it, then that's the end of it. The real slap in the face is, at the end they said if I need help ordering in the future call them...yeah, right!

We did file a claim on your behalf but ***** does confirm it delivered to your location and denied the claim. We hate to let anyone down when they're claim is denied, nor is it our intention to leave a negative experience when such issues take place.
