5 starsA great experience from the sales call to the install. Everyone was on top of their game. The initial service was scheduled within 24 hours from the first call. The sales team made the process very smooth and seamless. The install day went just as good. The communication with KW Lang was above and beyond and I never felt left out. 5 stars**** was wonderful as he explained what he was doing for the summer tune up. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient . I would highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs. The scheduler was quite flexible as a neighbor was having service and thought why not go with the same date to reduce drive time and they were accommodating to needs.

5 starsGreat experience to deal with ***** *** ***** ********* ****** Great communication with both and K. W. Lang was very flexible in the scheduling of the install of the furnace. Laid floor covering down and always respectful of the house no matter where they went while installing. Very pleased and will have them back to do the AC and hot water tank when needed!!
