We checked in on 3//23/23 me and my son. I used my debit card to pay for my room and he paid cash for his room. The manager charged my room and his room both to my card which was 392.00 for his room and 350.00 for my room. We have been give nothing but a run around and she said we were lying and basically made fun of us. So I guess she pocketed the cash. We have tried everything to get my money back with no luck. We even had the police try after dealing with the hotel for 3 months but they was told the camera only goes back a moth. So I guess she thinks she got away with my 392.00. She is a big crook that doesn’t need to be working in the public. I don’t know her name but she was tha manager on duty that day of 3/23/23. We stayed in rooms 110 and 111. Please help and Thank you. Ps. She didn’t give us a receipt for the cash. Later emailed my son a receipt for both rooms on my card.
