I contacted this company around April 15, 2022. I spoke with Courtney and explained that there was a mouse in my closet. I told her that it had already been removed but I wanted someone to come out and inspect my property to locate points of entry so that they could be sealed to stop this from recurring. She explained that they don’t do sealing, which was fine. She asked me if I had any pets or small children I told her I have a 1 year old. She said they would NOT use any poison for that reason. She said they would come look around and put traps down. I emphasized that I wanted to know where the entry points were. She never said they don’t give that information. She also stated that they have a 3 month guarantee so if I saw anymore after they came to exterminate they would come back for free. They scheduled to have a “tech” come out and this man showed up to my house with a bucket of poison and proceeded to prep them and put poison packs around my basement. I didn’t say anything because I assumed it was something else since I was told there would not be poison used. When he came upstairs I randomly asked “so what’s in the bags” he said poison and I immediately repeated what Courtney told me. He said that he didn’t like the traps because that doesn’t get rid of the problem poison works fast and better. Disregarding the fact that I have a ONE YEAR OLD IN MY HOUSE. He tells me I might see a dead mouse somewhere because they eat the poison then go die elsewhere. I said NO that’s not what I want nor is that what I was was told! He had to go back and get all the poison packs but couldn’t retrieve one because it fell behind a wall or something. So there’s poison somewhere in my basement still. Then he had to leave and get traps and come back later. He came back and put traps down and that was it. He said call if you see something on the trap and I’ll come back. I needed to pay $183 by cc but the office was closed. See attachments for full the story
