Good Evening, I would first like to state when I first contacted the company I was upfront about my credit and was still encouraged to apply stating that my credit was not the determining factor as long as my credit score was above a 450 score per your representative Kim. My credit score is indeed above what I was told and my application was solely denied upon credit. The fact nobody from the agency reached out to my current landlord to verify that I indeed have paid my rent on time and never missed a payment is completely bewildering to me. This was very misleading and I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. This whole situation could have been avoided had the representative simply told me the application uses credit as one of the main factor to determine if a client is eligible to rent. I also would like to add there are 3 accounts on this report that have been paid in full. So this report alone is inaccurate. I also will be filing a complaint with the Nevada State labor commission. There was no reason I should have been encouraged by multiple representatives to file an application with this company under the belief that credit would not be a primary determining factor.
