I contracted with her company to remodel my bathroom on April 20,2021. We discussed the project and the materials needed for the project. The project was to start May 25,2021. May 26 bathroom was gutted without any materials being purchased. This was my only full bath. After numerous delays in obtaining needed materials, I finally had a working shower September 14,2021. I was sued for nonpayment by the cabinet maker even though I payed the owner for the cabinet in July. She never purchased the shower door and I had to purchase it myself, even though I had paid the owner to purchase it and was told that she had several times. The workers didn’t come a lot of days or only worked 4-5 hours a day. The workers quit in October without completing the job because they couldn’t get in touch with the owner and stated that they couldn’t return to the job if they weren’t getting paid. I now see she has a great rating with the BBB, and is still using a different name for the same business.
