    I had a circuit that overloaded. I went to the fuse box to see which one it was and it was showing none of them as being tripped. I reached out to my warranty place and Quick Connect Electric responded the fastest and I had them come out. Steve the electrician said they the spring in the fuse box didn’t work the why it didn’t go over to off. He said he replaced the spring and it was a $177 job. That weekend same thing happened. And I went down to see which one tripped because again I was under the impression Steve fixed it because it didn’t trip to off before and he said the new spring should do it and it didn’t. I reached out about getting a refund or it to be fixed correctly. He responded the next day saying nothing about the spring, no apology at all and seemed to blame me. He was trying to say too much i was in the one breaker and why he sent me the quote. It’s not about the quote it’s about the fact I paid you for a spring and it’s not doing what you said it would is where my issue is. When it tripped Steve’s spring should’ve made it go over to off and it didn’t and I feel he’s not addressing why it the spring in the fuse box go over to off when it tripped.
