I had a very bad and humiliating experience from Sandusky Milan Road Chipotle last week!!. First time in my entire life having such a bad experience form the store manager (a lady manager). She was yelling and shouting at me and rudely threw my ordered food (bowl burritos) to the thrash and shut me out of the store without giving my paid food. Police came and they couldn't convince to get me my ordered food in that late night and I had to call the 800 number to get my refund!!. Full Story: I ordered 3 bowl burritos online for a 7:30 pm pick up and when I reached there around 8 PM, I found out that there is one bowl missing. They agreed to prepare one bowl quickly and instead of looking at the system, they asked me what are the things to be in the bowl and I was helping them to provide details. I was unknowingly standing on the entrance of their area. Suddenly a lady staff came from the kitchen and asked me rudely "Move back from this area". I was bit surprised and stepped back immediately. I felt really bad the way she behaved me and I told her that I am helping the serving person to tell them what I want. There was some heated arguments between us and she said "get out of my store and no food for you here". She took the two prepared bowl from my hand and threw it to the thrash harshly. !! I was shocked and I had two small kids at my car outside waiting for the food and she rejected me to give me paid food!!.. Instead she, shut me off.. Later Police came and they couldnt get me food either. I had to call 800 number but they refunded my money and told me that somebody from their higher ups will call me later, but nobody called me !!.. I am so sad getting such an ill treatment after being a loyal customer for 2 decades!! I never had such experience from anywhere else !!!
