    August 6, 2024 $314.00 was taken out of my account Had a reservation at Days Inn, went to check in, front desk attendant (****) asked me for my reservation #, gave it to him, he said we had a reservation. Checked my bank account and seen they had charged me $314 for my room. My reservation was for $168. Went to see why they charged me so much and he proceeded to tell me that I checked in to the wrong hotel. Why wouldn't he have told me that from the beginning? I went to Days Inn (North) and was supposed to be at Days Inn (South). Was not even there for around 2 hours. I would like to get my money reimbursed for what they charged my account. Also spoke to the Manager 8/8/2024, told me it was my fault, not the attendants. They have not tried to resolve this problem as I am still being charged $314.

    We just did what she asked. She came to our location. The power was out we took down her info and processed payment when power came back up.
