- Boutique Sales: 30 days unused with receipt - full refund; 15 day period after the first 30 days we will only accept in-house credit; On items defective, we will replace or refund within 3 business days. TheSalon at Natural Solutions will only allow 3 days after a unsatisfactory service for a client to call back to talk to the General Manager about a service if not satisfied in order to hear the complaint and come to a resolution. TheSalon at Natural Solutions will only issue store credit or ‘like’ gift certificate amount for any services/products TheSalon at Natural Solutions feels is deserving of a refund. TheSalon at Natural Solutions reserves the right to enforce corporate policies and make the decision of whether a refund or GC should be issued due to unsatisfactory service.
