On08/30/22 I received an email that I would be receiving my GoSun Chillest. It was on sale and with tax and shipping though shipping was free, I paid $675 for it. On Saturday April 20th 2024 it failed. As soon as I knew this which was Sunday April 21st 2024 I contacted them and I was told that they would get in touch with me and have the problem resolved within 72 hours. I have sent them the photographs they have requested and they stopped responding to me. I'm still making monthly payments on this thing but it doesn't work. I had to throw away nearly $300 worth of groceries due to it failing they won't talk to me because I'm outside of the year warranty yeah I've had it for a little bit over a year and a half but giving how much I've paid them you think that that maybe they would talk to me but they won't or at least they're just ignoring me right now and it's frustrating. Given how much the item cost they should work with me given it's only a half a year out of warranty it's not like it's years out of warranty it's only a couple of months out of warranty they should work with me but they won't!
