Non-custom, in-store items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in good condition. Custom items, including special orders, printed, or personalized products, cannot be returned or refunded.

With original sales receipt: Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount. Cash or check purchases are refunded in cash or store credit (cash refunds of $100 or more are paid by check within 2 business days; check purchases are refunded no earlier than 10 business days). Credit card purchases are refunded to the original card or as store credit.

Without original sales receipt: Returns are issued as store credit equal to the lowest sale price of the item.
