      Where do I begin… honestly I’m beyond frustrated with management at Beulah. I’ve voiced my concerns over people coming onto my patio that is NOT shared. Videos have been sent for proof. I had people steal off my porch. People breaking into cars. People smoking on the property that is a smoke free community. But yet the one thing that I asked to be addressed has been ignored. Email after email being told it was going to be corrected but yet still hasn’t been addressed but I can receive numerous emails about having live music, events held at the club house, or people smoking on our property… we pay over $2000.00 to live in an apartment that just anyone can come on to our patio again that is not shared . I’m sorry but if I wanted to share a patio I would pay less to do so. Do better. Also check reviews on the BBB.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns. We take every complaint seriously and strive to ensure that all our customers have a positive experience with our services. It is very difficult to monitor people who are walking across your patio based on it being an end unit.
      It is very unfortunate that people break the rules and continue to smoke, we do our best to get proof and send those a fine. Please call the office directly to report any rule breakers.

      This company does not care about your safety or security. Spanish Village in Leesburg, Florida is a ghetto with very poor management. They deserve a zero in customer care and support. As a longtime resident, you would expect Spanish Village to show respect to your community. Documenting lies are common and do not hold up in court.

      The lack of customer service from this company is amazing! You submit a "contact us" form on their website and you can a reply back saying a manager or a representative will contact you within 48 hours. Well i have submitted 3 emails requesting a refund and to share my experience with the property manager at Sonnenblick apartments and have yet to hear a response back from anyone! Very glad that i did not go with this property management company and rented elsewhere. Will continue to try and get into contact with someone because i was forced to sign a month to month lease at my old place due to the incompetence and lies with representatives from this company

      Hello Mr. Hammond. We appreciate you bringing this less than stellar experience to our attention. I did look into it, and did find that our staff was not responsive to your requests. We understand we can't make it right now that you have moved on. Yet, we will make sure that we do not ever offer anyone this type of poor customer service.

      I lived at an apartment complex that was managed by Oakwood Management. There were numerous issues with the place including safety concerns and health concerns. The manager of the apartments themselves not only justified each concern with some sort of excuse, but spoke down to me and made me completely uncomfortable. I then reached out to Oakwood Management to voice my concern about the property they manage and it’s customer service problems. Oakwood management employee/rep had been shown the emails between the apartment manager and I, and Oakwood was not concerned nor upset with how I was treated. On their website, Oakwood Management claims to care about everyone living in an apartment that they manage, but the truth is they don’t even care how the apartments treat you. I feel completely unwelcome and so uncomfortable living here that I feel I can’t even talk to or complain again because they won’t help and will harass the tenant instead.
      I will never live at another apartment complex managed by Oakwood management again.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I lived at Asherton of Dublin for 4 years. My rent and water bill payment was always early and paid in full. No one ever complained about me and I followed all rules. The last 2 years I lived there, I had constant issues with a neighbor who smoked and one that stomped loudly at all hours of the day and night. Additionally, the sidewalk and parking lot are never cleared well in the winter causing dangerous walking conditions. I provided 49 days notice that I was moving out, 13 days before the end of my lease. At no time during those 49 days was I provided any information about a prorated rent charge or any acknowledgement of my moving date. My web account showed there was nothing due for the partial month.Nearly 2 months later, I received a rent bill and $400 in fines and late fees for not making the partial payment. ****** at the Asherton office and **** at the ******* office took weeks to return calls, if at all.I recommend staying away from Asherton of Dublin. They do not communicate nor do they care about the health and well being of their tenants.

      Hello, We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. In this industry it is extremely hard to manage how other residents/neighbors choose to live. We wish that every resident would take into consideration that apartment living is not 100% quiet, and to understand what they may do in their home could effect neighbors. We are sorry for the snow removal issues, and will make sure to discuss with our professional snow removal company. I will look into the fees that you were charged for accuracy. I will share the non response of ***************** with them as well.We hope you are happy in your new place of living.

      They go through property managers often. They do not give a rats a about their tenants and find ways to s**** you over. The business owners downstairs even have issues with management. As you enter building **** - it stinks like raw sewage at times, Im assuming from *******************. The pool is hardly ever clean when its open. Parking is a nightmare. Tenants complain of mold in their apartments and their packages being stolen from the shared locker room where packages are delivered. This place is dressed up trash and I would never recommend.

      ******* the manager at ***************** is under the impression that she or maintenance can enter my apartment anytime she feels like it without giving a 24 hour notice Which is required by **************. We have had many arguments with her about this topic and she refuses to give me a 24 hour notice. Referring to the castle law, I have notified my lawyer about the situation

      Hello ****************. I have researched your review. Our records indicate the one time they had to enter your apartment home, was due to an underground pipe break- other units were flooding, and the water intrusion is considered an emergency, to where we have to enter to shut off the water with out notice. You will find this clause in your lease agreement. Page 6- IVI when landlord may enter.The other occurrence shows that your other lease holder- ****, called in a work order and did not give direction there was "No permission to enter"- the work order showed PTE was approved.Please understand it is not in our practice to enter apartment homes at any time with out notice, unless an emergency or if resident has given us permission to enter.Thank you.
