All orders are fulfilled within 5 to 14 BUSINESS days.

Shipping is a flat rate $8.00
Shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday's.
Pickup Instructions
All orders not picked up within 14 days from notification of "Order is ready for pickup", your order will be forfeited and returned to stock.

Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of the personalization of our items, we DO NOT offer returns/refunds. There is a 5 day grace period if there is an issue with your order for exchanges only, you MUST contact us within the 5 day period.
Each wooden item is custom made when the item is ordered. Slight variations can occur as with natural wood, no two are alike!
Each apparel item is custom made at the time of order.
You are responsible for checking the spelling of your personalization before checking out, no exchanges or refunds will be made if a spelling error occurred when you placed the order.
