I went out of my way to visit this shop, and actually chose them over the ********* down the road, because I try to support local business. I waited in line on a Saturday, knowing it would be busy, so I was fine that. The problem came when I got to the window and the girl at the window completely ignored me. I had to sit there for at least a minute, maybe 2, while she took the order from the car behind me. When she finally opened the window she didn't apologize for the wait, but when I asked her why I had to wait so long for the customer behind me, she said, "Everyone had to wait for you."! They had to wait two seconds for my single coffee order. I wouldn't exactly call that a wait. When I told her I have never been treated that wait before by any company she said, "Then don't come back!" Well, I did go back later that day because I wanted to get my money back. Which I did. But after trying to get a staff manager to talk to, they said there wasn't one available. All teenagers. I ended up getting talked down to by the girl at the counter, then, eventually, getting screamed at by the entire group of teenagers in the store. Telling me to leave. Unbelievable. After the store owner returned my message, she completely defended her staff. She never asked me how things could have been handled better. She didn't care. I tried to give her advice, since I have ************************************ my own expertise, she asked me, "Am I back in school now that you are telling how I should run my business?"!! Wow. I will never return. She is apparently rich enough she doesn't need my money anymore. And I never did like their coffee. I literally only went there to support her store and the employees.
