Refund and Exchange Policy

STUDENTS REFUND ANDCANCELLATION PRIVILEGES (BUYERS RIGHT TO CANCEL)
A.  GENERAL INFORMATION AND PROCEDURES TO BEFOLLOWED:  The termination date will bethe date the student notifies the school, whether verbally or in writing, orthe last day of attendance for a student who ceases to attend.  Except for cancellation within the fivebusiness day period, the school will make refunds within 30 calendar days afterthe date of termination.  A student shallbe deemed to have provided constructive notice of an intention to withdraw ifthe student fails to attend classes for 3 consecutive days without providing,prior to or during   that period, anexplanation to the School regarding absences.  All notices must be sent to:  RichLee, School Director, Performance Training Solutions, 7791 Taylor Road SW, Reynoldsburg,OH 43068.
1.  If an applicant is rejected, or if for anyreason a student withdraws or is dismissed by the School prior to attendingschool, all monies will be refunded to the student. 
2.If for any reason a student withdraws or is dismissed by the School within fivebusiness days of signing the Enrollment Agreement (Contract), all monies willbe refunded to the student.  Refunds forcancellation within five business days will be made within ten days of the dateof cancellation.
3. Astudent who starts class and withdraws before the academic term is fifteen percent completed will be obligated for twenty-five per cent of the tuition andrefundable fees for the current academic term plus the registration fee.
4. Astudent who starts class and withdraws after the academic term is fifteen percent complete but before the academic term is twenty-five per cent completedwill be obligated for fifty per cent of the tuition and refundable fees for thecurrent academic term plus the registration fee.
5. Astudent who starts class and withdraws after the academic term is twenty-fiveper cent complete but before the academic term is forty per cent completed willbe obligated for seventy-five per cent of the tuition and refundable fees forthe current academic term plus the registration fee.
6. Astudent who starts class and withdraws after the academic term is forty percent completed will not be entitled to a refund of the tuition and fees for thecurrent academic term.
7. FORVETERANS RECEIVING VETERANS EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS: 
Thenon-refundable portion of registration fees will not exceed $10.00.  All other charges to the student, includingtuition, books  and supplies issued bythe School, registration fees in excess of $10.00, and other fees will notexceed the pro-rata portion of total charges that the length of the completedportion of the course bears to the total length of the course.
