    3 Hours late! The woman at the desk was super apologetic for the misunderstanding.Once the Serviceman arrived, he walked in without introducing himself by name. To my surprise, I said good morning and introduced myself. He seemed to be already frustrated. Maybe because he had to wait a moment at the front door. I was not prepared for him to knock on the door, seeing that it was a no show situation. Once in our foyer, I asked him to wear shoe booties. His response was not receptive and body language and demeanor illustrated that he had an issue, being asked and as he sat and tried to put on the largest shoe booties they can come in, it was a struggle. I felt as if I was inconveniencing him. He made me aware that he has to come back and forth from outside to his truck possibly, which would require him to obviously remove and put on. I placed protection rug on the floor, as it was raining and muddy out. I told him, not to worry about it. Since it seems as if that was going to be a problem for him, make it one trip and please look at the pipe. Told me that it was a big project, would take a couple weeks or even more and how they operate and its best to call elsewhere. They could diagnose it, once repaired its my responsibility to repair any walls, floors demolished, toilets removedetc.Keep in mind, all he did was look at the pipe and told me what I already knew and said to him. No repairs were done! I received a bill stating he repaired my toilet and replaced fill valve! $138.00 THE PROBLEM IS A HOLE IN THE ***** STACK!!!!!! HE SAID THAT HE COULD NOT DO IT! Nothing is wrong with my toilet.I have a bill for Labor and material, stating that he repaired the toilet and replaced fill valve.All he did was look up, told me it would be best to call elsewhere!I was never told that there is a fee for coming out. I spoke with an older gentleman.

    ************** set up an appointment to check for a leak from the toilet for the morning of Monday, May 15th. It was noted on the service ticket for AM. We got to **************' residence at 11 AM. Sorry for the misunderstanding. When he arrived, he was told to wait a few minutes. He apologizes for not introducing himself as he normally does. Our plumber looked at the job with booties over his work boots as per the customer's request. The entire stack needed to be replaced for the toilet. We could not give a price - we strictly work at a time and material basis due to the fact that we did not know how much of the stack needed replaced. And yes, we do not do drywall, floor repairs, etc. We are *****************.He left and accidentally put "repair toilet" on her service ticket - that was the job before **************. This invoice was mailed on 5/24/23. On June 12th at 8:00 am, I received a call from ************** with the above concerns. I informed her that I would get with the plumber and call her back. I did that at 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM that day also sent a text that I had someone else available to come out and take a look at the job and I wanted to discuss her previous bill. I did not get a return call or text. We will void out the invoice since there were a few errors on this service from the scheduling to the billing.We take great pride in our family owned business of 58 years and apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.
