              I had received a tattoo by Shaun a tattoo artist at war horse ink, back in January I believe the exact date was January 13th. It was a small tattoo on my finger with “1999” in black ink. At that time I had a friend with me while I got the tattoo, and after it was done was recommended by Shaun to keep the wrapping on for a week or as long as possible. And was told to reach back out to him for a touch up when it was healed, never once was there a mention that it would cost me just as much for a touch up. I left my bandage on for the recommended time, and while it healed noticed the bottom of the nines did not stick. Now that my tattoo is fully healed I contacted him to get a touch up where he for the first time mentioned to me it was gonna cost me the same price, even though touch ups are courtesy. My witness did not hear him say this and when I went with my friend to get her finger tattoo he also did not mention it then. This feels like a scam and am left with a bad tattoo.
