BEWARE!!! Unfortunately I found ****** on here, BBB. Worst mistake. Unprofessional, amateurs, horror story, crook, not present during build. Goes under 2 names. New Image Design and New Design Image. Sub contractors had no business cards, no references, no reviews to look at. Was told by one sub "if you need to find me to complain, you won't". Was told by owner, "I've got nothing in my name so there's nothing to sue me for". Had an addition to our home put on. We had to pay someone to fix the huge inch and a half discrepancy in the floor leveling. Since it was done incorrectly and not lazered, the ceiling was off as well. Which meant cabinets were not level. ****** had the nerve to say our house was not level, lol. NOTHING PASSED CITY INSPECTION THE FIRST TIME AROUND. ******'s crew or ****** for that matter never looked at our cities codes nor did his Project Mgr. which meant sub contractors had to keep coming out to correct mistakes. No one looked at project plans although they were accessible. ****** had several sub contractors come out to give him quotes. Trying to find the cheapest quote possible. More money in his pocket. Slap it together I assume so he can get paid. His contractors don't stay with him long. One who used to work for him told us, "do not pay him in full til everything passes inspection because if you do, you'll never see him to make corrections to pass". Uncertified and unregistered subs worked on our home addition. Painter, blotchy unpainted walls. Drywaller, covered up cutouts for smoke detector, attic access, lighting and plumbing. Tiler for bathroom wall, not even close to matching existing tile. Plumber, had to relocate lines because of misplacement. Soaked new carpet. Most of his references are probably his friends or relatives. Luckily my husband is a man of many talents. He made our home liveable and we paid thousands of out of pocket dollars. We've had damaged personal property. He insulted, intimidated, threatened via text.

WOW, every single person that worked on this job was insulted mainly by ***, she was nice as could be in the beginning and turned face as soon as work began everyone was either insulted directly by her, and we we told they did not even want to go back, which of course we did, she OWES OUR COMPANY WELL OVER $23,000 and we recently leaned her Home, if anyone would like to speak with the Building Department we were told this is nothing new for her. And all inspections were passed. worst customer y
