UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS ! Get a 2nd opinion if you don’t want to be out your hard earned money!!$!! My son, who is deaf, took his car in for a simple oil change. As a “courtesy” they inspected the car only to tell him his front brakes were BAD, a spring was broken and some other expensive repair. I said we would deal with all those issues next week when he returned. My son was leaving the next day for the National Deaf Convention in Columbus,Ohio and the mechanic said it was NOT safe to drive there. Really?? My son rented a car and made the trip. However, upon returning he took his car to a truly reputable mechanic where integrity is practiced. NONE of the issues my son was told at Paradise Car Care were even wrong with his car! And that the car was safe enough if he wanted to drive it to California! I asked the mechanic of integrity, then how did they even show him pictures of the broken spring?? He replied, angrily, they just have to take the picture at the right angle and it will LOOK broken!! ?? WHOAAA ~ Since Paradise Car Car Care was /is willing to deceive a handicapped person and single female they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED! You may THINK they’re taking care of you or a family member however don’t be naive! It may be inconvenient to get a second opinion BUT ~ unless you have money to burn- DON’T go to “ paradise “ SHAME ON THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

We strive to always provide the best service to everyone and anyone that comes into our shop. Apparently, we did not do that this time. ****, the owner of Paradise Car Care, would like the opportunity to talk with you to clear this up if you would be available in person or over the phone. We'd would also like to offer for your son to bring his vehicle back in with you so we can show you what we took pictures, we were not trying to deceive anyone - we just want to make sure that clients know everything going on with their vehicle. We want to provide the best service to all our clients who come to our shop and appreciate your business.
