  This company will find any reason to keep your deposit. I had at least 10 people tell me beforehand, but I didnt believe it until now.Maintenance man saying my old apartments carpet was wet with cat pee when my cat Ive had since 18, hasnt EVER peed on the carpet. Also, I havent been in the old apartment in 11 days. 11 days and my old apartments carpet is wet with cat pee? How? I had a kitten for a week over a year ago, and she did not get litter trained, so my friend took her. Ill admit, in one or two rooms, the carpet may have needed replaced- but it was the LYING of the maintenance man that sent me over. ******, the property manager, kept saying that the cat I have in my new property, thats owned by Fillmore, the cat I havent EVER had an issue with, will definitely use this carpet. Im OVER this company and just want out of my brand new lease already. Ive had nothing but headaches since Ive moved.

  Your privacy will be invaded for a long time without your knowledge. My name is ************** live in ************************* in *************** and It is now owned by Fillmore Property Group. I am the only black man living here. They will stick notices in your door to walk in whether you are there or not. These notices do not give times of the day when they visit. These inspections wont be to fix or check for problems in your house it will be to smell and look for drugs and marijuana use. They gave me inspections for months without telling me why. All it takes is a complaint from a tenant they know and they can stick those notices in your door and walk in any time they want. *************************** the local property manager will tell you this herself. She did with me. She wanted me to be ok with it, and retaliated when I did not like this. They walked in my house as I was sleeping and woke me up, and told me for 2 months my neighbors have complained or marijuana. People do smoke marijuana in these townhomes, you can smell it when taking the trash to the dump but it was not me. My neighbors used their door ring camera to record audio of me making phone calls to people and sent them to property management *************************. If youre black you will be spied on and privacy invaded by both ******** and her team and her white tenants she is cool with. Cant even make a phone call on your front patio, without a nosey white tenant listening in with their door-ring app if they know youre on your own patio or walking to your car. I called Fillmore Property Groups ************ and they pretended to care about my situation and said they would investigate but ultimately decided to get this black man out of here while barely following the law. They bend the lease rules and bend the law, and trample all over your civil rights if your white neighbors want you out of here for any reason. They waited until the end of my lease to do a non renewal even after I already signed renewal papers.
