      Signed a contract with $600 with this company to ship my car from ******* to ********. They said on the last day of the car pickup that their driver had mechanical issues in his vehicle and I need to pay 1200 or more to ship the car. I said the agreed contract is $600. Finally I have to find another shipping company and lost the advanced sum of $200 from this company. I need the advanced sum to be returned to me.

      Started with a low bid of $450 to tied you in to sign a contract to ship my car from Billing ******* to ************** **********. Than gradually increase the cost as schedulated date for picking up the car get close.

      One day before the pick up date, said unable to find the driver unless demanding for deposit for the driver and will not take credit cqard payment claim because system is down and ask for cash with ***** payment to another driver company. I had to comply becuase I need the car shipped on time. I paid $300 anothe driver company via ***** with the number and name that Millenial Express provided.

      On the day of picking up the car, the driver company calledsaid the truck broke down and told to contact back Millenial Express,and the $300 will be refund in 7 days. I contact Millenial Express. They found another driver in half an hour and ask me to sign anothe contract to pay the driver $800 cash upon delievery., and promisedverbally the previous pay $300 will be refund. in three days.

      ON delivery, I paid the driver $800 and asked the driver that $800 is the cost to ship the car.

      Then I call Millenial for the $300 refund, they said the driver had increase the fee to $1100. So I realized the whole process was a set up , not an honest business, used variaty tactics, to tric and lie.

      I signed a contract (on 4/30/2025) for auto transportation services stating a total charge amount to be no more than $700. They required a $200 up front deposit.

      After the deposit was paid I was told that they could no longer honor the contracted price. I asked for a refund of the $200 I pre paid since they had now voided our contract 8.00, and they refused. They promised to look into it after I asked for a manager (who was actually the same person I had been dealing with) but I was never called back. Today I called and my number was blocked. I am seeking help with getting my $200 deposit back since they broke the terms of the contract.

      After some additional research this company seems like they have done this many times without penalty to numerous other people simply looking for help shipping their vehicles.

      Hello, I appreciate any help you can provide but this company is making money by knowingly frauding their customers. They never provided any services to me, they voided the terms of the contract and changed their pricing and immediately asked for more money upfront. They will continue knowingly frauding unsuspecting customers because they will never face any penalty.

      On April 1, 2025 I signed a contact with Millennial Express for a car shipment and on April 3 a deposit of $150 was paid via Apple Pay. Millennial Express confirmed the pick up date of April 4 numerous times up until one hour before scheduled pick up, and then failed to pick up the vehicle. Numerous attempts have been made to contact the company but the clerk handling the situation, ****** ******, failed numerous times to issue a refund as promised and eventually blocked all my phone numbers. I can't contact Mr. ****** through phone and he will not respond to texts or emails. As of this writing my $150 deposit has not been refunded.

      This company was contracted to transport a 2011 ***** Accord from ********* Fl to ********** NH for $500 with a deposit made through Venmo $200 on 4/8/2025.

      Thru many emails and phone calls with ** at ************ wanted to increase the price. The car has not been picked up and or delivered as of today and I have requested many times the return of my $200 deposit back to my Venmo account.

      I also found another number associated with this company at ************ and left them a message today and which prompted ** to call me back and I insisted once again that my $200 refund be sent to my Venmo and that I was filing a complaint.

      I was looking for a shipping transport businesse to ship my 2000 ****** tundra . I had received a email from one ***** ***** from Millennial Express *** that they can ship my Truck for me for $400 total with $100 deposit . He said he had a truck driver to do it for the $400 and it would be picked up that Friday . He said the price would not go up so I sent him through Zelle $100 . And signed a contract stating the price . A couple days latter he said he has a driver that will take the truck now for $850 that the driver is asking for more money . So I messaged him saying no you quoted me $400 and you assured me the price wouldn't change he then said that no one will do it for that low price . Now I was getting worried this is a scam I told him I signed a contract with him stating $400 for the total delivery and he has to honor that . He said give him a day and he said he will get back to me . He never did and ignored my multipe messages asking him for my deposit back still with no reply this business is without a scam and I'd like my money back .
