    This company was hired to bartend my wedding last weekend. The venue asked for specific licensing, certification, and insurance— all of which the owner said they had. However, she could never provide any correct documentation so when the wedding day came, she was not allowed to serve on grounds. No service has been provided from this company and was reach out to for a full refund. The owner let me know a full refund would be issued within the week, but over a week later and there is still no refund being initiated. I have reach out to the business owner numerous times who continues to put this situation off and postpone a refund. The owner has had many reasons and excuses for not fulfilling a refund each day. She has lied and made incorrect statements regarding communication and this issue. The owner had refused to continue communicating can stated that she’s too busy for this problem.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID REMOVED, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.


    During this refund process, the owner has gave very poor and unprofessional communication with the consumer. She continued to make false accusations during the conversation and hateful remarks about the consumer. I can say and will be thankful that a full refund was issued, however, although no harassment nor defamation has taken place, the owner of the company has threatened defamation of character due to me filing this report. Resolution of my initial complaint was simply a refund, not accusations and nasty comments during the process. I had to jump through many hoops and hurdles to receive this refund and I do not think that showed professionalism or customer care in the process. Much of this could have been avoiding if I received an initial refund without the rude comments to follow. Thank you.
