    Faviritism runs rampant. Some drivers get guaranteed salaries and better loads for being ***** ***** with the higher **** ***************** will allow some drivers to literally sit around all day and be paid (looking at you **** at ******************** in *************)... and they will micromange and flat out threaten drivers who are doing a fairly larger portion of the work. They lie to get you on board. It's bait-and-switch tactics galore at Bulk Transit. I was fired for a "policy violation." Which is to say, I was not allowed to cover my inward facing cameras like my lazy two-faced coworker ****. They wanted me gone, so they decided to start enforcing a policy on me and only me so they would have a "legitimate" reason to fire **** told ***** ********, Dundee Terminal Manager, that suicide seemed like a more attractive option than continuing to merely survive on their low wages, lack of overtime pay, false promises and lies, and abusive treatment. And I told him that I wad willing to walk off on the spot if Bulk Transit wished me to do so.He returned 45 min later with the **** to have me removed from the truck. Two months prior I had informed him about the **** stalking me at home and at work. I assume he did this to be vindictive for things I said to him in our **************** there I was. No family. No friends. No future [with these abysmal wages], with only thoughts of suicide... and throwing my items out of the truck while ***** ******** glared and ********* ***** along with the **** smirked at my expense.
