This place should be ashamed of themselves on how they prey on vulnerable people to fall for lies. They overcharge on how much vehicles are and took advantage of my daughter when she was buying her first car and had no clue what she was buying she trusted them and wrong people to put your trust in. My daughter bought a car from there even though I told her not to because I know several people that didn't even have a car a week and major issues occurred. Well she was another one added to the list she drove the car for two days and the transmission went out and was stranded with her baby. Took it back car 2 they refused to refund her but could put her in another junk car with more money down of course. 2010 and charged her over 12k with 188k miles on it not including the thousands of dollars she give them for down payment, car payments and car repairs. we took the car to mechanic after mechanic to get the 2nd car fixed. Water pump radiator fans in motor thermostat to name a few. Then the final straw was when my daughter about rear ended another car due to brakes being installed incorrectly by shannons on the car prior to being purchased and the tire was about ready to fall off because of ball joint being bad along with a list of other things. Mechanic stated take it back to the dealership immediately it's a death trap. Shannon's agreed to cancel loan but refused to refund any of the money she paid them. I requested a letter for out records showing lien was cancelled. Lady in the office stated she would email it to me. Well 3 days later no email so I called today and she got nasty and said she sent it asked her to confirm email address she said she couldn't she was too busy. She ending up hanging up on me. Filing complaints with bbb and if no resolution is done proceeding with legal action. This auto sales place is going to end up killing someone. They don't look over cars before they sell them.
