    Order # ********-4 items ordered /shipped on September 6, 2022. Three of the items do not fit and I have requesting a return address/label for the items since Friday, September 16th. Website Dearfoams acknowledges the order number but no response of the request for a return label/shipping address. These are three items I would like to return before the 60 days and I am not able to get a refund for shoes that do not fit. This has been one of the poorest in customer response. The company may need to look at the consistency of sizing. Three items from Order # ********- to return.

    Ii purchased a Baggallini backpack online on 9/4/22 for $120.73. On 9/10/22 I received an email saying my order ******** had been delivered. I found no package by my front door, nor did my neighbors received a package meant for me. On 9/12/22 I called Baggallini Customer Service, and the representative confirmed that my house # was not included on the shipping address and that the backpack would either be replaced or refunded. I received an email from R.G. Barry confirming the lack of house # on shipping address and to submit a reply with details of what had happened and my correct address. Since then I have tried to call R.G. Barry and Baggallini Customer Service numerous times - no one answers the phone (even the extension for placing an order!) and left 2 messages with no response. I had hoped to take the backpack on a trip but it's too late for that.

    Purchased 2 products from this company on July 29th. They arrived August 6th. Decided to keep 1 of them and wanted to return the other. Since this, I have emailed this company 5 times without a receiving a reply. I have called 4 times. 3 without any answers. Left name and number twice with woth 1 call back but I was work. I quickly told them I wanted to return product they said they would send me return label and never did. 1 phone I spoke to someone who said managament needed to approve the return and I would receiving a shipping label in 1-2 business days. After a week I received nothing and called 2 more times and sent 1 more email with no reply from the company. It seems to me as if they are purposely not allowing me to return the product I want to return.

    I was attempting to make a purchase online from dearfoams.com and I never pressed submit to the order. I never received a confirmation purchase email or anything reflecting any type of purchase or invoice, or display image showing an order under my brand new dearfoams account. However, it shows the money was debited from my Card Account (shown in the attached screenshot image).

    We have contacted the customer and explained that no
    order was submitted at the time he was shopping the site.  A hold was placed on the card which
    would drop off within 72 hours or 3 business days depending on his banks hold /pending process.  We are awaiting a
    reply to ensure the hold was resolved in the normal course of business.
