      My advise to you: Do not go to This place. I went there for implants. I spoke with the incompetent office manager and we agreed upon what I wanted and what I would pay out of pocket. I put down $1K while in the office. Two days later I found that I had been charged $2K rather than the agreed upon 1K. At my initial exam, they determined that I needed a cleaning and some cavities to be fixed. Those two items were not taken care of fr 18 months. I had been told this process would last 6 months. I was consistently charged additional fees never before discussed. Appointments were frequently cancelled or I would be sent home from an appointment because they did not have the necessary personell or equipment available. They do not call when they tell you they will call and will leave you seated in an unsanitized room for an hour while the necessary personell have left for the day. The staff, like the dentists, come and go within weeks. After about the third dentist, I saw a fourth dentist who informed me that this whole process should have been completed months prior to me being assigned to him. He went so far as to state that he had been trying to intervene in my case every time he saw my name on the schedule, but he could not because I was assigned to other dentists. He also informed me that the reason why they had changed the plan was that the initial plan was never the best idea due to possible future complications. He also informed me that the previous dentist had left abutments (?) in my mouth that they normally never do. He was not the only person in that office to let me know that they did not understand why it was taking so long to get things done. It is my belief they kept this going simply to charge me more money. They lie about what they will do, what it will cost and the quality of their work. The work is shoddy and I will need everything redone becausethe work is subpar. This process took over two years. Aspen Dental is a horrible corrupt place.

      I went to Aspen Dental to obtain a permanent implant for my bottom teeth. After *************************************** and they've stopped returning my calls. On the last visit, they told me to use polident. I now owe $6,000 for the 'permanent' denture. I have to go to small claims court to get a refund because they refuse to honor their 'money back guarantee'. **** *.

      Poor quality of services and procedure areas were dirty and very old furniture with stains.

      Took my mother here to take care of a broken tooth, ended up needing three teeth pulled (according to the dentist) and a set of partials for upper and lower. They did nothing with the broken tooth on the first OR second visit. The third visit they pulled three teeth and left my mom swollen, in pain and with bruises that looked like someone had tried to choke her to death. We were approved for financing while there but a few days later I got an e-mail saying the financing was declined. No one answers the phone when I call or, if they do, I get put on hold until it goes to voicemail. I was promised a call back three days ago, still nothing and still getting passed to voicemail. Mom is starting to heal but we don't know what's going on about financing and we don't have her partials. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL.
