Important information
- Additional Info:A pattern of complaints has developed in which consumers report difficulty reaching the company as well as other consumers reporting problems with getting refunds for shows that were cancelled or moved to a different venue.
The company responded to BBB complaints and indicated that they are working on refunds through consumers' financial institution, however consumers still report they have yet to get their money back. Most consumers have challenged the charges with their financial institutions but have not verified if the chargeback has been finalized.
BBB will continue to process complaints, but consumers seeking a refund for cancelled shows should also contact their bank or credit card company to file a dispute to reverse the charges. Additionally, consumers should contact the Ohio Attorney General Office at 800 282-0515 to file a complaint with their office.
