    This all started July 2022, We were shipped the wrong 8’ tables, the wrong three compartment sinks, the incorrect shelves, shorted shelves, no brackets to hang shelves, 10 gallon buckets that would not hold 10 gallons, a mop bucket of very low quality that did not last long, wrong pizza screens, shorted one warming box, shorted one rolling rack, cheese grater and a cutting board that did not fit the cut table. Then you over sold and under delivered Z vent.

    We were told “turn key” in July 2022 it was never installed correctly or completely. I called and got a service technician who told me some of the components were installed incorrectly and some were never installed. When I brought this up to Z vent and yourself I was told it was just the filter that needed replacing. Then we found out no body added the oven into the calculation for the HVAC system.

    In the process of installing the correct equipment and adjusting the system to handle the heat from the oven my store was damaged and garbage was left on my roof. My store has not been fixed to the condition it was. I believe that we have been taken advantage of by you and Burkett.

    We have thoroughly investigated the concerns raised by the
    customer and have taken steps to address each issue promptly and to the best of
    our ability. All incorrect equipment was rectified by sending the correct
    versions, and we made efforts to push Z-Vent to resolve any issues they were
    responsible for. Additionally, the customer confirmed that all other aspects of
    the service were 100% completed.

    As a gesture of goodwill and to demonstrate our commitment to
    customer satisfaction, Burkett has agreed to reimburse the customer for the
    $520.00 bill that WAS NOT related to a service warranty. We believe this goes
    above and beyond to make amends for any inconvenience caused.

    We remain committed to providing excellent service and resolving
    any outstanding concerns the customer may have.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The CEO stopped payment for the check due to this complaint. He had assured me multiple times in the past that he would pay for my out of pocket expenses due to poor management for the initial. I would also like to point out getting the order corrected eventually is not the same customer service as getting it right the first time. 
    I believe other customers deserve to know how they do business.  I believe reneging in this way is important for others to know about.

    I purchased a new Manitowoc Ice Maker on November 3, 2022 from *****tte & Sons via Amazon. After initially working for several months after professional installation in my home it stopped working and would run, but not make ice. I contacted Manitowoc and after several emails and phone calls I was able to find a repair person, ****** Appliance, **** ******, ********** Office ************ EX1, Indiana Office ************ EX1 who would evaluate my machine under the manufactures warranty. He was unable to fix it at my home. I then contacted Manitowoc again, and they referred me to *****tte who promised to contact manitowoc but then I never heard from them again. My Ice Maker is still unusable.

    Hello, we were first notified of any issues on 11/8/2023. We worked with our vendor (Manitowoc) to get a list of service companies in this customer's area. We then gave him that list and tried to follow up but never heard from him again. The attached has our Sales order and the Amazon messaging with the customer, giving him options for repair and our attempt to contact him to follow up.

    Unfortunately, due to installing in a residential setting, the product warranty (1 year) was expired when he called for help. He did not reply when we tried to follow up. Also, Amazon does not allow outside contact with customers.

    I am rejecting this response because: It is a false statement.  However in the meantime Manitowoc has contracted with a local firm to fix my machine, because it WAS UNDER WARRANTY when the issue happened, as *****itt was well aware.
