All Loyalty Club Card™ memberships may be cancelled under terms agreed upon during the initial enrollment, and outlined in our Terms of Use policy. Certain rights of cancellation may vary due to state regulations.

Loyalty Club Card™ cancellation policy allows members to cancel their memberships according to the following:

As an online member of Loyalty Club Card™ you have the right to cancel for any reason and at any time. You may cancel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online in the member's area under settings or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Members may also initiate the cancellation by sending a cancellation request by Certified Mail to:

Cancellations must be made 7-10 business days prior to the next billing cycle to allow for processing your request. Cancellations received after this time will be charged the next month's dues and will cancel at the end of that billing cycle. Non-use of membership or website will not achieve cancellation or refund of your membership.

In case of non-payment for agreed membership, Loyalty Club Card™ has the right to terminate, cancel, or suspend your membership immediately without notification. If membership is terminated, cancelled, or suspended due to late or non-payment a reactivation fee may be imposed at the rate of $25.00 to be paid with past due membership fees. The agreed membership terms and rates would be null and void, should your membership be canceled or terminated for any reason and the current rates applied. It is the member's responsibility to update Loyalty Club Card™ of any payment information to avoid the termination of this membership for non-payment.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your membership will remain valid until then. If you have taken advantage of our annual auto renewal program, your membership will automatically be renewed, and your credit card will be charged, on the annual anniversary of your membership. You may cancel your auto renewal membership any time prior to the renewal date and no additional charges will appear on your credit card. You will still have access to the website and full membership privileges until your current membership expires. The member is responsible for paying any membership fees that may arise if an overlap in the cancellation time and next billing cycle are due and then the membership will cancel at the end of the cycle.

Members who cancel by mail can request that a Notice of Cancellation be sent to them. Cancellations will be accepted via online through our members area or e-mail or by mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled and/or returned to Loyalty Club Card.
