    I have lived here since the middle of June 2022 and The Place needs work, the Apartment is Not worth $900., So there is Weak spots in the Floors
    and my Refrigerator makes Noises,
    And the Roof has Leaked 3-4 or more Times Since I have been here, Plus I have Complained and They told me they Can Not Guarantee it from Leaking again, and there was two *** guys that lived here before I talked to them they said this has been going on for two years ,
    They are Cheap and do not want to Fix it Properly!
    Plus I have Documented and Took Pictures!
    Not to Mention is the Maintenance man is Rude, Obnoxious and drinks like a fish, Has came up to my Apartment drunk!
    An Now since I have been Complained about the Roof and stuff, They are Retaliating Against me, An Filing an Eviction on me and Trying to Kick me out!
    So in my Recommendation, I would not Move here, Period!
    This is Causing me Stress an Unnecessary Stress and Mental Anguish and I am diabetic!
    I feel he is Not a good Landlord an is Cheap!

    Dear BBB

    Thanks for allowing us to respond.

    After receiving the complaint about a leak in the roof/ceiling on February 4, 2023 we immediately tried to access the apartment but were denied access.  On February 5, 2023 we also knocked on the door to inspect the apartment but again we denied access.

    On February 6, 2023 we served on the door of the tenant a 24 hour notice to enter the dwelling.  We've attached this for convenience.  Since then we've tried to access the dwelling on February 7th and 8th and then again on the 15th but were denied access.

    On February 23, 2023 a Notice to Leave the Premises was posted on the tenants door for non payment of rent and utilities.  We have attached a copy of the posted letter and account statement of outstanding rent and utilities past due.

    Take note, this case has already been referred to our lawyer for eviction and should be filed any day now.
