    POOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND UNPROFESSIONAL Quality Yard and Home Maintenance replaced a shared fence with our neighbor, who hired them for the job. During installation, their crew broke our sprinkler system pipe and never informed useven though they were aware of the damage. When we discovered it weeks later and called them, they admitted knowing about it, saying they thought it was a dry pipe.Despite acknowledging this, they refused to take responsibility for the repair cost and asked us to pay for the damage their team caused. They also tried to justify it by referencing the county auditors map after installation, instead of checking before starting work.While they offered to fix it, expecting the homeowner to pay for their own mistake is unacceptable. Very poor accountability and professionalism. Would not recommend.

    I am very sorry you are upset with us. Your irrigation line is 4-5ft over the property line, onto your neighbor's (our client's) property. It was not being used in the middle of summer, so it appeared to be an old abandoned line from our clients property that wasn't in use anymore (from a previous owner) since it was on her property. Our proposals state "Anything underground that OUPS won't mark like downspouts, propane lines, private electric lines, invisible dog fences, or sprinkler systems etc will be an upcharge if they get damaged and need repaired by us." We could repair for you but we just can't do it at no charge because it wasn't our fault. Again I am very sorry you are upset with us.

    This company is easy to do business with, everyone is helpful, professional yet pleasant, detailed and they involve the customer in decisions throughout the process. They really strive to please the customer. I will use them again!

    Crew 105 (Skylar, Adam and Albina) did our flower bed edging, mulching and clean up and did a wonderful job. I know that this is hard work and they did work hard and we appreciate it very much. This season is our first experience with Quality Yard and Home Maintenance and so far we've had a lawn treatment, mowing and now our flower beds done. First rate so far!

    I found Quality online and decided to give them a try for lawn care. I am 100% satisfied. Mike came to my home and introduced himself before he started mowing and he was so professional. He did a GREAT job on my lawn. I’ve hired a number of companies and they all fell short, but Quality exceeded my expectations. I’ll be a customer for years and I know my neighbors will be hiring them as well.

    We interviewed Quality Yard and Home maintenance to take care of yard maintenance. They came out to our home and cleaned up all the branches and leaves left from the late fall and winter. They also cleaned out all of the landscaping around our home. The yard and flower beds are clean and look amazing. The two gentlemen that worked on our property did a great job even blowing the dried leaves out of our shrubs and pines. They clipped out all the dead buds from last year and hauled everything away. They did a GREAT JOB. ******* *.

    I am very happy with the trees installation (and misc supporting work) yesterday. The crew was on time as expected, was very respectful and professional (including talking to me about turning the trucks around in the yard), and did a top-notch job in the installation itself. The trees seem to be of very good quality and the installation was really excellent. This cost a bit more than the previous trees (from someone else), but the quality of installation was so much better this time. I'm very satisfied. And of course -- I also appreciate Jordan's consulting leading up to this.
