      My husband visited the Health Express Urgent Care on 2/12/25. They sent us a bill on 3/15/25 and a check for $104.54 was mailed on 3/25/25. Three weeks passed and the check hadnt been cashed so I phoned in a payment of $104.54 on 4/16/25. The next morning I checked my banking and my original check had been cashed. I contacted them by phone on 4/21/25 and was told they would issue a refund for the double payment. I have not received a payment and have not heard back from them when I leave messages.

      I was seen at an Urgent Care which makes you put a card on file to be seen.
      Within days of the bill generating they ran the card causing it to go over the limit.
      I emailed requesting a refund and also called but no one answered. I disputed with my credit card company and sent emails to the business advising they do not have authorization to run my card.
      I received the credit from my CC company and then they put the charge back through after I specifically revoked authorization to use that card. I also disputed that charge and then lost my original dispute as they had the form I had signed even though I contacted them many times that they do not have authorization to run my card. I had to go as far as getting a brand new card number. I have asked them for a refund again and it's falling upon deaf ears. I just want my money back as I was not in the position to pay this at the time and it made my CC go over limit.

      They charged 75 to my account without a bill or my permission. The service was horrible and I made a complaint about that now this. I was seen by a lady who I guess was a nurse and she was very rude. She took my blood pressure and said it was low and told me to go to the room, never addressing my low blood pressure nor did she take any other vitals. She did not weigh me or anything like normal urgent cares. She did not even take my temp!
      The Dr came in spoke with me for less than 2 minutes, and said he would give me a pain shot. A nurse came in with a syringe and said I'm going to give you this shot and stated "they didn't even weigh you", she shook her head but yet she still gave me the shot. So how they appropriately knew how much to give or not give did not matter. And what if they would have gave me too much and i had a reaction? And now a month later they charge 75 dollars to my account. Not giving me a warning or bill. I want my money back for that horrible service and the way they took my money was shady practice.
