    "First off the resident care is a 0/10 they never have enough linen to provide care secondly they don’t feed these people enough they be hungry they steal from the residents, residents fall everyday they DO NOT Report it they have BUGS badly and mice they like too sweep things under the rug that’s what the DON Said they have a Stna as HR , the social worker is a pervert he prey on all the nurses and aides. Ppe is not given or worn at all they barley wear scrubs, their attitudes are horrible when dealing with residents family members they had/have felons working under the table they treat their staff as if they’re animals that place is horrible i wouldn’t recommend nobody to work or have care there."

    "I work as an Independent Contractor (IC) nurse through Clipboard Health (CBH). Legacy Health facilities, including Mapleview Country Villa in Chardon, OH, Cedarwood Plaza in Cleveland, OH, and Broadview Multicare Center in Parma, OH, recently changed their cancellation payout policy on CBH to where they payout $0 for last minute cancelations or cancelation after the IC arrives to the facility." ...
