              I purchased a scooter for my husband ***** **********. We notified the company earlier this year that it act like not getting power. On Monday September 26, 2022 we went appointment at the ******* Hospital. From parking lot to first module right inside door the scooters battery is showing red. Waiting area for doctor I plugged the scooter in. In about 30 minutes the light is green. From doctors office back to vehicle the power indicated RED again. I contacted Health Care of Ohio. On 9/26/22 before 2 p.m.. I was told I would receive a call for a battery replacement. It’s been 4 days and no repair or replacement call. This scooter is a necessity for Mr. ***** ************ doctors appointments to get around. His health won’t allow long walking

              Terrible Company,,! They lie about costs. They bill you and charge your credit card for different Costs that you did not agree with. Run, don't walk away from this company! Refuse to work with any place that works with this company! You can get anything they sell from local distributors for a better price!
