            I took my **** ***** ****** in to rad air I spoke to *** and when he called back with an estimate he told me for the car to be good from a safety standpoint it would cost 1800 I paid the 1,000 and paid 800 when I picked up the car day I was supposed to pick up my car then rob called saying care was done but needed wheel bearings and 2 front lower control arms were really bad and not safe to drive with them being so bad and he recommended for us to get them fixed ASAP but would cost additional 1100 which I was under the impression everything from safety stand point was getting fixed because of Tom misleading statement , and I do believe Tom is one of the higher up people at rad air could understand a newbie saying that to someone , didn’t take this lightly because I do have 2 year old and I am newer driver and am pregnant all I wanted to make sure my car was safe but I feel like I got lied to and took advantage of.Recommend to others getting a list of things getting fixed before paying
